1. Change of Mind Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges for change of mind must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • After this period, the customer is deemed to have accepted the goods and assumes full responsibility.
  • Items must be in original packaging and unused; otherwise, a refund cannot be processed.

2. Confirm Size & Style Before Purchase

  • Please double-check the size, style, and specifications before purchasing, as returns for incorrect choices may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Responsibility (Unless Faulty)

  • Customers must obtain approval before returning any item.
  • For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must ensure the item is securely packaged.

4. No Refund for Damaged Returns

  • If a returned item arrives damaged due to improper packaging, no refund or exchange will be provided.

5. Refund Eligibility

  • A full product refund will only be issued for items that are returned in their original, unused, and resalable condition.
  • If the packaging is damaged, a 30% repackaging fee may apply, or the item may be returned to the customer.
  • Products with missing or significantly damaged packaging cannot be returned.
  • Installed, used, or damaged items cannot be returned or refunded.

6. Inspection Upon Delivery (VERY IMPORTANT)

  • We recommend checking your goods upon delivery and advising us as soon as possible if there are any issues.
  • Report delivery damage within 5 days; claims for fragile items after this period may be voided.
  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear.

Elegantshowers reserves the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee of the cost of the goods to be returned (not including freight).
